SOW has launched a new educational initiative to assist educators teaching Africa in the United States and beyond. Mainly aimed at French language educators and students Enseignons l’Afrique Autrement(Let’s teach Africa differently) has been created to present other less known, uplifting stories, and videos from the continent and its diaspora. Featured are stories of young entrepreneurs, scientists, educators, activists, entertainers, and much more! We believe these lesser known stories deserve to be told and taught as well. It is our hope that the proposed  collection of resources will contribute to a better understanding and appreciation of Africa's  cultural vibrancy and diversity. Click below to learn more!
